MANADO, MediaManado.com – The Governor of North Sulawesi Dr Sinyo Harry Sarundajang, in Graha Bumi Beringin Manado, Saturday (20/12), has handed 512 Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA) TA 2015 with amount of money Rp7,4 Trillions to the Regents/Majors and representative of Central SKPD.
With details, DIPA the authority of central government work units (central office and bertical agencies in the region) amounted to 396 DIPA with amount of money Rp 6,9 Trillion. DIPA authority of region government work units (related to deconcentration, co-administration and business together) amounted to 116 DIPA with amount of money Rp476,1 Billions. While DIPA of funds transfer to the region and village for 2015 TA are set at Rp 10,5 Trillions which consists of Balance Fund Rp 9,05 Trillions, Another Transfer Fund Rp 1,04 T consists of teacher professional allowance, teachers’ additional funds income, BOS, regional incentive fund and regional government project fund and decentralization, and also village fund Rp 66,5 M. 2015 DIPA allocation is growing significantly, explained Kakanwil Ditjen Perbendaharaan Irwan Ritonga.
The Head of North Sulawesi BAPEDA Ir Roy O Roring MSi mentioned that the purposes of handing over the DIPA are to improve the performance of national development in the region achievement transparent and accountably and to push the efficiency and the effectiveness of implementation of development through central government budget consistency, province and district/city government. Roring also added, from 70 Districts left behind in Indonesia, 3 Districts from North Sulawesi Islands managed to get out from being left behind. Those are Sangihe at 1st position, 4th position Sitaro and Talaud at 5th position. There was also Vice of Governor Dr Djouhari Kansil MPd who attended.
