MANADO, MediaManado.com – the Head of Puskesmas Wawonasa, Dr. Neny Tubagus, said that foging is not the right solution to eradicate the dengue fever mosquitos. According to do the program ; drain, close and bury (or 3M) is the most appropriate step to eradicate that very dangerous mosquito.
“If the 3M program goes well in the community and it is done regularly, the mosquito can not breed, do not always based on the foging,” said the Head.
She also said, the source of mosquito came from a puddle and it can be found in a common grave and empty houses which are uninhabited.
“the dengue fever mosquito breeding very fast and dengue fever can infect humans by means of a bite,” explained Dr. Neny. (mourren/eukaristi)
